INFRASTRUCTURE
We bestow our customers with an extensive range of machines, from effortless and primary specifications to highly advanced ones involving consistent integration of advanced engineering, amplifying their production efficiency and thereby increasing our reliability.

Extrusion
Blown film extrusion is a process used in the production of plastic films, and it is commonly used for packaging materials. In a 5-layer blown film extrusion system, the film is made up of five layers, each serving a specific function to optimize the properties of the final film product. The technology behind a 5-layer blown film extrusion provides numerous advantages, such as improved mechanical properties, better barrier performance, and enhanced customization for different applications.

Printing
Rotogravure printing is a high-quality printing process widely used for producing fine prints on flexible packaging, labels, wallpapers, and other substrates. It is especially popular in industries where high-quality, consistent, and long-run printing is required. Modern advancements in rotogravure printing technology, such as up to 9-color printing, automatic registration control, and viscosity control, have significantly improved the precision and efficiency of the printing process.

Inspection & Doctoring
Inspection and doctoring are essential processes in the production of packaging materials, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards, free of defects, and ready for further use or distribution. In the packaging industry, particularly in the production of flexible packaging films, labels, and other roll-based materials, these two processes help ensure consistency, minimize waste, and maintain high-quality standards throughout production.

Lamination
This is a process through which two or more flexible packaging webs are joined together using a bonding agent. The substrates that make the web consist of films, aluminium foils and papers. Different technologies are available to cover the variety of applications in flexible packaging. The aim of lamination is to protect the product and extend its shelf life. The machinery of lamination according to the type of bonding agent you have chosen to produce the laminates for the packaging. Wet lamination, dry lamination, solvent lamination and wax lamination are the major types of laminations used in flexible packaging.

Slitting & Pouching
Slitting is a critical post-processing operation in the printing and packaging industry, used to cut wide rolls of material (such as paper, plastic films, textiles, or foils) into narrower rolls or sheets. This process is essential for creating custom-sized rolls, enabling further processing, or facilitating the distribution of materials to different industries. Slitting can be performed using various methods, and the choice of method depends on the type of material being slit and the desired end product.
